Nail "librarian chic" in our high ruffle neck shirt in organdy this season with the body wrapped in cotton voile that's as light as air.
Straight fit. Long sleeves. Ruffled cuffs, fitted cuffs with button fastening.
Shoulder panel and two flat pleats on the back.
Button fastening, top button exposed, the others concealed. Shirt bottom.
